Order Processing and Shipping Information

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Our shipping process involves several steps, including receiving, processing, and fulfilling your order. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible, while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. The Laughing Giraffe® Distribution Network

At The Laughing Giraffe®, shipping is based on weight and destination. We use FedEx and USPS Priority primarily, but we also ship UPS if you prefer. Unless you tell us otherwise if the shipment is less than 3 lbs. we go with USPS Priority. For over 3 lbs. we ship with FedEx. Why 3 lbs.? Because that is the general threshold where it makes sense financially. Delivery times depend on the destination, but generally, it’s between 3-5 business days.

If you’d like a quote including shipping please fill in the information on the order form and leave the payment information blank. A sales representative will be in touch shortly with a full quote. As a general rule, shipping within the US will generally account for 8-20% of your order. However, this will vary based on weight & Zip Code) International orders are usually almost double.

As mentioned, we have warehouses all over the US. Each warehouse specializes in a specific brand. If you order from multiple brands you can expect multiple shipping costs. The following  brand’s ship from the following warehouses:

For international shipments, we primarily ship USPS International which takes between 6-12 business days to arrive. FedEx International takes 2-3 business days but is generally a lot more expensive. Our default is USPS but if you prefer FedEx please let us know.

FREIGHT & SHIPPING

Freight charges are based on the total weight of your order and billed on all orders shipped including backorders; freight fees are charged for all backorders. If shipping to multiple locations, each location will be charged for shipping separately. Shipping from multiple vendor locations, each shipping location will be charged for shipping. The Laughing Giraffe® will not be responsible for lost or delayed orders. Freight fees paid are non-refundable.

FREE FREIGHT

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous US states. Please note that orders shipped outside of this area do not qualify for free shipping under The-Laughing-Giraffe.com’s policy. 

Our free shipping service utilizes FedEx’s most economical option. We reserve the right to select the optimal shipping method based on factors such as order size and distance.

Exclusions to free shipping include products on backorder, custom orders, or items with special pricing.
